The Bahujan Mission

Kanshi Ram Ji had said that his mission remained incomplete with only 30 percent of Bahujans coming together. Since his death in 2006, under Mayawati's leadership, BSP has shown no hesitation in forming alliances with non-Bahujan communities. Although the current leadership may not be successfully implementing Kanshi Ram's ideals, these ideas remain the only tried and tested method to uplift the oppressed and have proven to be an effective approach. It is the responsibility of every educated Ambedkarite, who is economically capable, to fulfill Kanshi Ram Ji's mission. According to Kanshi Ram Ji, Dalit communities not utilizing their education to fulfill Ambedkar's dreams are considered "rented people." In order to complete the mission left unfinished, Manavvar Satiram Ji resigned from BSP in 2006 and formed a political party named "Bahujan Shakti." The sole purpose of this party is to fulfill the incomplete missions of Baba Saheb and Manavvar Kanshi Ram Ji. With a commitment to bring together Dalits, oppressed, and marginalized communities once again, the former national president of Bahujan Shakti, Manavvar Satiram Ji, initiated the process of uniting people, stating, "The caravan keeps moving forward, and people keep joining." However, in 2019, after the demise of National President Manavvar Satiram Ji, Bahujan Shakti faced a setback, but the members of Bahujan Shakti continued to advance their mission. In 2021, with renewed determination, the cadre of Bahujan Shakti in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal are tirelessly working to take the Bahujan Mission forward with utmost dedication and passion.
